Educational Counselling

Are you thinking about upgrading your skills or going back to school? Educational counselling is available for women who know the type of training or education they are looking for but need help finding the right program.

During an appointment a client will:

• Learn which programs exist and where they are offered
• Understand how to connect with a school or training program
• Gather information about possible funding or loans available

What you need to know:

• It is mandatory to attend our Getting Started Workshop before making an appointment with the Educational Counsellor
• Educational counselling is offered by appointment for approximately one hour
• All of our services are free of charge.

Who is eligible:

• This service is open to all women.

How to schedule an appointment:

• Call (416) 927-1900, ext. 0, during service hours to register for the Getting Started Workshop. After attending the Getting Started Workshop, you can schedule an appointment with the Educational Counsellor.
