ElevateHer: Elevating Women Within Their Workplaces

Program Goals:

Our mission is to drive gender equity and foster inclusive leadership by collaborating with employers committed to workplace transformation. The core goals of ElevateHer are to: 

  • Dismantle Systemic Barriers: Identify and address the challenges women face in achieving advanced roles, focusing on sustainable solutions. 
  • Develop Customized Mentorship & Sponsorship Programs: Work with employers to design initiatives that support women’s career progression. 
  • Engage Employers and Stakeholders: Foster a collaborative environment where employers, women, and experts shape policies that drive impactful change in Canadian workplaces. 

How You Can Get Involved:

Research shows that targeted mentorship and sponsorship can significantly boost women’s career advancement and help create more equitable workplaces. There are several ways you can be part of this change:

  • Employers: Partner with us to implement these programs within your organization, advancing gender equity from within. 
  • Women: Collaborate with us and join our focus groups and consultations to share your experiences, helping shape programs that address real workplace needs. 
  • Community Organizations: Collaborate on our advisory council to co-create resources and share best practices that support diversity and inclusion.

  • Our DEI training consultations cover a wide range of topics, including:
  • Workplace Assessment: We’ll conduct initial workplace assessments to identify your DEI priorities and develop a roadmap for success.
