ElevateHer is a ground-breaking, three-year initiative led by Times Change, designed to address systemic barriers to women’s advancement in Canadian workplaces, with a particular emphasis on supporting marginalized communities. Funded by the Government of Canada through Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE), ElevateHer is set to build sustainable pathways for women’s advancement by developing and implementing customized mentorship and sponsorship programs in collaboration with employers, community leaders, and DEI experts.

Funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada, the Businesses Breaking Barriers program provides employers with the tools and resources they need to implement effective DEI strategies. Our personalized approach starts with a company-wide culture assessment, followed by a tailored action plan focused on increasing the representation and advancement of underrepresented employees.
