Our one-on-one career counselling sessions focus on your unique career aspirations. By understanding your skills, interests, and goals, we develop a tailored career path plan, ensuring a clear and feasible direction for your professional journey.
The CEW course uses customized, interactive tools from our Career Planning Workbook for Women, which provides a straightforward, step-by-step approach to self-assessment and action planning, offering a structured approach to career development.
Professional career counselling provides several benefits, especially for women navigating the workforce. It offers clarity in career objectives, helps identify transferable skills, and aids in overcoming challenges specific to women in the workplace. Our career counselling creates a supportive environment, empowering you to confidently make informed decisions and pursue career opportunities.
CAMP Facilitator/Coach
Shari is as inspired by unearthing people’s stories as she is about harvesting the wisdom within them. As a certified Personal Development Coach, Life Skills Educator, and Enhanced Language Instructor, Shari works with individuals and groups as they navigate transition, explore career change, and embrace personal empowerment. She brings diverse knowledge and a unique approach to her work, creating safe spaces for engaged learning, powerful insight, and meaningful connection.
Shari is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She also has a Masters degree focusing on diversity and inclusion and is a certified English language instructor for newcomer professionals. With a sharp mind and a big heart, she encourages people to illuminate new ways of thinking, feeling and being so that life becomes a tapestry of possibilities.
